     Tim Hussin of the University of Florida has been named the 63rd College Photographer of the Year after judging at the University of Missouri’s School of Journalism.

     Amanda Lucier of the University of Missouri was the first runner-up with silver in the portfolio category. Second runner-up in the portfolio category was NPPA member Lane Christiansen of Southern Illinois University.

     Ohio University students, Noah Rabinowitz, Jenn Ackerman, Andrew Burkle, Maisie Crow were all first place winners in individual categories. Ackerman took first in Individual Video, Documentary and Feature.
