Second Place, Spot News - Eric Albrecht / The Columbus Dispatch, "Ice Protestor"Columbus Police try to reason with a protestor who was attached to the bottom of a wooden tripod before removing it at a demonstration protesting the government agency ICE. The protestors had set up a wooden tripod to block traffic and erected a sign with a protestor atop to call attention to the policies of ICE. Both protesters as all as some from the crowd nearby were arrested.
