Kyle Robertson of The Columbus Dispatch held off the rest of the Dispatch staff and Andy Morrison of The Blade to win the 2015 ONPA Monthly Clip Contest Photographer of the Year title.

Robertson gave back 20 of his 60 point lead over co-worker Eamon Queeney in the final month. Queeney finished second.

Consistency is a must for a photographer to be successful in clip contests and Roberston has been that. He won the POY clip title in 2013 and finished second three times in the past five years. In doing so he has amassed 5220 points. That is a lot of clip winners.

The monthly clip contest unlike the Golden Globes is not always a good predictor of the year-end contest but as Bill Belichick says its on to Kent and we will see who brings home the hardware.
