Its contest time for ONPA still and television members and students wishing to apply for the Larry Fullerton Photojournalism Scholarship.
Still contest entries must be uploaded by midnight Saturday, February 28. A folo up e-mail needs to be sent to contest chairman Kyle Roberston to verify receipt of entries. The upload procedure is outlined in the contest rules. The paper entry form included in the rules must be fill out and mailed to Jonathan Quilter at The Columbus Dispatch, 34 S. The still contest will be judged during the annual ONPA convention, April 17-19 at Kent State University. More details about that event will be shared soon.
All entries for the television contest must be e-mailed by midnight, February 27, 2015, to Billy Muhammed. Contest rules can be found here as well as under the Contest Rules tab of the ONPA website.

Students applying for the Larry Fullerton Photojournalism Scholarship do no have to be members of ONPA, but are required to be residents of Ohio and be an undergraduate student, enrolled full time, returning to school for the fall term of the 2015- 2016 school year and attending one of the following:
a. An accredited Ohio college or university
b. An accredited Ohio junior college offering an associate degree
c. A school or institution offering a structured 2-year curriculum.
