Spot News - 1st place - A dead fish floats in the Sugar Creek near the Ohio 39 bridge at Interstate 77, in Dover. A large die-off of fish was recently reported in the creek. The cause of the die-off was revealed by the Ohio EPA as a result of an accidental chemical release into the creek just upstream by the Dover Chemical Corporation. Faulty hardware was blamed.
