Spot News - 2nd place - Shane Organ of Columbiana woke up on the wrong side of the circle. He was on top of it, but not injured except for a few cuts and bruises on his hands. Organ had worked a long day of construction and maintenance and fell asleep on his way home shortly after 3 a.m., ending up in the decorative traffic circle.
