Spot News - HM - Ten Lisbon firefighters, two highway patrol troopers, two sheriff's deputies, four KLG ambulance personnel and a couple of friends took about an hour and a half to rescue 30-year-old Marc Haney of Wellsville following a truck crash on state Route 11 near Lisbon. It was determined Haney, who was under the influence, fell off the bridge and landed 60-feet down in the creekbed below. He sustained serious injuries to his head, back and pelvis.
