Spot News - 2nd place - Salineville firefighters along with men from Franklin Township kept flames from spreading after the decision was made to let a fire at a vacant Water Street house burn. Salineville Chief Jeff Lewis said his department was called to a fire at the same location about a year ago,and according to Lewis the utilities to the home had been disconnected which he said places the cause of the fire under suspicion.
