Spot News - 1st place - Cincinnati police subdue Kaleb Moore, 24, by projectile stun gun after a four-hour standoff Freeman Avenue in the West End neighborhood of Cincinnati. Police were first alerted of Moore, who has history of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia at about 5 p.m. and he was Tased at least once before he was taken into custody.
