Portrait - 1st place - Heather Bowser, of Canfield, is a child of Agent Orange. Bowser was born with three missing fingers on the left hand and is missing part of one finger on her right hand. Here she holds a picture of her father William A. Morris, in Vietnam. Bowser was also born without her right leg. Bowser's father, who fought in Vietnam, always believed he was exposed to the chemical and passed it onto Heather.
