General News - 1st place - Susan Zeier, mother-in-law of the late Sgt. First Class Heath Robinson, facing camera, hugs U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur during a press conference about the recently-passed Sgt. First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act at the Toledo VA Clinic.
