Preston and his siblings have been tested positive for lead poisoning (though Preston's levels are low). The soil around the Woodby's home has been tested and has revealed high levels of lead in the soil. Bobbie Woodby, Preston's mother, now limits the time the kids can play outside. A woman drove her white Jeep Liberty east on West Prospect when she allegedly fell asleep, traveled left of center and struck a west-bound silver Jeep.
